Born and raised in Bend, Oregon, Shine Events floral designer Jill Jacobs brings more than 17 years of experience in floral design to our team. With a background in horticulture and art, her journey from growing flowers to designing with them was a natural evolution. Deeply inspired by nature, Jill loves to forage for local greenery and seasonal blooms, bringing an organic, place-based touch to her work. Her floral style blends playful creativity with refined elegance, resulting in designs that feel both naturally rooted and beautifully elevated.

Our floral services are custom-designed for each event, and we do have a minimum investment requirement that varies based on season, design scope, and event location. This ensures we can maintain the level of quality, design, and service that every event deserves. Please inquire for current minimums for your date.
Absolutely. While many of our clients enjoy the convenience of combining planning and floral design, our floral services are also available as a standalone offering for weddings and events throughout Central Oregon.
We recommend reaching out as early as possible—ideally 6 to 12 months in advance for weddings and larger events. However, we may be able to accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability, especially for smaller floral needs.
We proudly provide floral design services throughout Bend, Central Oregon, and surrounding areas. Destination floral installations outside the region may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
We provide custom floral design for weddings, corporate events, private celebrations, and styled installations. This includes bridal bouquets, ceremony arrangements, reception florals, statement installations, and full event design.

Each floral proposal is custom-built based on design complexity, flower selection, installation needs, and event logistics. Because no two events are the same, pricing is tailored specifically to your vision and requirements.
At the end of the event, clients are welcome to keep their florals, share arrangements with guests, or donate them when possible. We also offer a post-event floral breakdown service where our team returns at the end of the evening to thoughtfully deconstruct arrangements and create personal take-home bouquets for guests or family members to enjoy after the celebration.
