A Destination Retreat in Central Oregon

The Performance Contractors Group, with offices located throughout the United States, selected Sunriver Resort as the destination for their multi-day company retreat. Bringing team members together from across the country, the weekend was designed to celebrate, connect, and create memorable shared experiences in the heart of Central Oregon.

As their local destination management partner, Shine Events coordinated the details that brought the retreat to life while also designing custom florals and décor for each event. Every evening featured its own unique theme, complete with distinct color palettes, textures, and design elements that transformed each space into a completely new experience.
